What exactly will I receive?

How many pages are in the main playbook?
The main playbook has 37 pages. The Quick Start, toolkit, example, messages and Start Here are separate companions. A4 and US Letter contain the same material; they are not extra chapters or twice the content.
Can I read, print and fill in the PDFs?
Yes. Use a compatible PDF reader, or print the paper size that suits you. The Recovery Toolkit contains fillable fields and checkboxes. Save and reopen a local copy to confirm that your reader keeps the entries. Downloaded documents can be read offline, but official links and recovery steps need internet access. Keep long entries in a separate private note.
What language are the materials in?
All customer materials are in English. Meta may use different menu names, localized labels or account-specific screens. Follow the current official instructions shown to your account.
How will I get my files?
After payment, download the complete ZIP package from your order page. We will also email a download link and purchase receipt. Extract the ZIP, open Start Here.pdf and choose A4 or US Letter. Use an email address you can access.
Does it cover both Facebook Pages and Meta business portfolios?
Yes. It separates personal login, Page access, business-portfolio control and individual asset permissions. It includes routes for a remaining administrator, a hacked Page, a compromised portfolio, missing business full control, Page administration disputes and an eligible Page release or coordinated handover.
Does it also recover my personal Facebook login or Instagram account?
There is a focused personal-login gateway and a checklist for connected assets. This is not a full personal Facebook or Instagram account-recovery guide. Recovering a personal login does not automatically restore Page or business permissions. Standalone Instagram, WhatsApp, commerce and payment disputes need their own relevant workflow.
Will you recover access for me or contact Meta?
No. This is an independent, self-guided publication. We do not sign in to your accounts, inspect private business records, contact Meta for you or carry out the steps. Never send us passwords, recovery codes, identity documents or business evidence for purchase support.
