Information we collect

When you request an email sign-in code, we process your email address, verification code, session and purchase-library access records. At checkout we request your email address and billing country. If a payment is successfully processed, we also keep the order reference, product, amount, currency, payment status and information needed to provide the download and handle refunds. We do not collect full payment card numbers.

If you contact support, we process your message, contact details and any order reference you provide. We also process basic technical and security data such as IP address, device and browser information, request logs and cookies or local storage needed for sessions and abuse prevention. Do not send passwords, recovery codes or private account files to support.

Why we use it

We use these details to provide the site and email-code access, handle purchases and digital delivery, answer support and refund requests, keep accounting records, and protect against fraud and misuse. Depending on the purpose, the legal basis is our contract with you, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Optional processing, if introduced, will require an appropriate basis and notice.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database and private file storage. Resend delivers sign-in emails; Proton Mail receives support messages. When a purchase is processed, the payment operator identified at checkout receives the data needed to collect that payment. Providers receive only the data needed for their role. Contact us for details of any international transfers and safeguards.

We keep account, order, payment-status and support records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties and resolve disputes. Email codes and sessions have limited validity. Purchased playbook files are supplied by us.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority, including Poland’s UODO. Contact us using the details above.
