How to request a refund for a one-time digital playbook purchase.

14-day voluntary refund policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@rescueplaybooks.com with their order reference and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and reply by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your consumer rights

This voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content and any applicable withdrawal right. Downloading a file alone does not remove those rights. For purchase or access problems, see Support.
