Our service

RescuePlaybooks is operated by XOXO MEDIA sp. z o.o. RescuePlaybooks offers one-time downloadable self-guided digital playbooks. Files are delivered digitally after successful payment. Purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Using it responsibly

Use the site lawfully and follow a playbook only for accounts, files, devices or business systems you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in details secure. Preserve your own copies of important files and verify any result before relying on it.

One-time purchases

The checkout shows the price, currency, taxes and access details before you pay. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Any payment operator identified at checkout also supplies its own terms.

Refunds and your rights

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@rescueplaybooks.com with their order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Read the Refund Policy for details.

For service problems, complaints or refund requests, see Support. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content and any applicable withdrawal right. Downloading a file alone does not remove those rights.
