No. This is an independent self-guided publication. You perform the steps. We do not access your account, prepare or submit your individual appeal, contact Google for you, or provide special support access. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Does the playbook guarantee reinstatement?

No. Google determines eligibility, verification and review outcomes. No reinstatement, review count, search placement or response timeframe is guaranteed.

Is it suitable for service-area and hybrid businesses?

Yes. It includes the distinction between a genuine operating base and a publicly displayed address, along with eligibility and evidence checks. Hiding an address does not make an otherwise ineligible business eligible.

Can I use it after my first appeal was denied?

Yes. There is a separate denied-review preparation route, a gap-analysis worksheet and an adaptable additional-review message. It does not promise unlimited appeals or that Google will accept another review.

What if the appeal tool does not show my profile or an appeal button?

The guide separates account, access, profile and decision checks, then helps you prepare a focused official support question. It cannot unlock an unavailable action or bypass a restriction.

Does it cover verification and missing reviews after approval?

Yes. It covers the verification methods Google makes available, preparation for recorded-video verification and a result-check workflow. Missing reviews and other unresolved content issues are treated separately from the approval itself.

Can an agency or a multi-location business use it?

Yes, for businesses you own or are authorized to manage. It explains the documented more-than-10-profile route and a per-location evidence matrix. The matrix is a PDF preparation layout; you create any required submission spreadsheet in your own office software.

Is this only for businesses in the United States?

No. It explains the general profile process and distinguishes UK/EEA content-appeal routing from other regions, plus conditional EEA redress information. Available Google features, business eligibility and legal options depend on the actual case and location.

Can I read, print and fill in the files?

Yes. Read the PDFs in a compatible reader and print A4 or US Letter. Type short notes in the fillable toolkit using a form-capable reader, then save and reopen a local copy to confirm the entries persist. The two sizes contain the same content, not twice as many chapters.

Do I need to send you my Google login or business documents?
