Is it current, and are all help routes available to everyone?
This is edition 2.0, dated October 10, 2026. It provides official reference links and practical response routes. Available actions, menu labels, deadlines and document requirements depend on the account and can change. Follow the current notice for the affected asset; no universal review eligibility or processing time is promised.
How is it delivered, and is audio included?
