BEFORE YOU BUY

A few things worth knowing.

Help with your purchase
What exactly will I receive?
A 40-page English PDF playbook, 2-page Quick Start, 8-page fillable Response Toolkit, 3-page fictional worked example and 6-page message companion with 12 templates. These five documents come in both A4 and US Letter. A separate 1-page Start Here PDF explains the package.
Which payment methods does it cover?
First-response routes cover credit and debit cards, ACH, bank wires, remittances, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Cash, wallets/prepaid, gift cards, crypto, checks, money orders and cash. Provider eligibility and remedies vary.
Will you recover my money or contact the bank for me?
No. This is a self-guided publication, not a recovery service, investigation or representation. You contact the relevant institutions yourself. Do not send banking credentials, private keys or private case records to RescuePlaybooks.com.
Does being scammed automatically entitle me to a refund?
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@rescueplaybooks.com with their order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Refund Policy
Can it help when I personally authorized the payment?
It helps you request available cancellation, recall or scam-policy review and prepare accurate evidence. It does not tell you to label your own payment as unauthorized. Qualifying imposter scams may have a provider reimbursement route, but eligibility is not guaranteed.
What if I shared a verification code?
Sharing a code does not answer the whole authorization question. The guide helps you record who actually initiated the payment and explains the relevance of fraudulently obtained access information for covered electronic transfers.
Is there a single deadline for reporting a scam payment?
No. Different routes use different triggers and conditions. The guide explains selected federal and provider timelines and includes a deadline log. Contact the institution immediately; an agency report does not pause a separate claim deadline.
Does it guarantee recovery of crypto or gift-card payments?
No. These routes focus on preserving evidence, contacting the genuine issuer or operator, reporting and avoiding further loss. They do not include blockchain tracing, wallet-key recovery, a guaranteed reversal or an analysis of every state law.
Is this legal advice or a government service?
No. It is independent educational material for US consumer-payment first response. It is not individualized legal or financial advice and is not affiliated with the agencies or providers named. Business, litigation and state-specific matters may need qualified help.
Can I use the official reporting routes without purchasing?
Yes. You can contact your bank and use official FTC, IC3 and other relevant reporting channels without buying this guide. The purchase provides an independently organized workflow, practical PDF records and adaptable wording.
Can I read, print and fill in the files?
Yes. Choose A4 or US Letter, which contain the same material rather than extra chapters. The toolkit includes local fillable fields and checkboxes. Use a compatible PDF reader, save a copy and reopen it to check your entries. Long notes may need another sheet. Audio is not included.
How will I receive the download, and what if the email is missing?
After payment, use your order-page download and the emailed link and receipt. Extract the ZIP, open Start Here.pdf and choose a paper-size folder. Check spam or junk and the email entered at checkout; use the website purchase-help route if needed. Do not send payment credentials or case evidence to purchase support.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Yes. The purchase is a one-time payment for the described digital publication and PDF tools, not a payment for an investigation or recovery work.
What does the 14-day money-back guarantee cover?
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@rescueplaybooks.com with their order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Refund Policy
