What am I buying?

Does this guarantee that my account will be restored?
No. TikTok controls verification and moderation. The playbook helps organize your actions and evidence, but it cannot guarantee access, a successful appeal or a response time.
Does it cover a hacked TikTok account?
Yes. It distinguishes a compromised account with a working session from one that is fully locked out, and includes a combined route for compromise followed by enforcement.
Can I use it after a permanent-ban notice?
It includes a workflow for reviewing the notice and preparing an appeal when TikTok offers one. It does not promise that every permanent ban is appealable or reversible.
What if I lost my email, phone or verification method?
The guide helps you record which methods remain controlled, recover relevant dependencies through their providers, use legitimate alternatives offered by TikTok and report the exact blocker. It does not bypass verification.
Does it cover age-related bans?
It separates whole-account underage bans from age-limited features, includes the published regional appeal/data windows and the Australia-specific inactivity options, and explains sensitive-verification precautions. Check the actual account notice for the rule and deadline that apply.
What about a restricted post, LIVE feature or low reach?
The guide distinguishes post/feature decisions and recommendation issues from account bans. Lower views alone are not treated as proof of a suspension, and no reach-growth result is promised.
What if the Appeal button is missing?
Use the workflow for recording the correct notice, missing action or form error, then report the blocker through the official in-app or browser route. A generic support report is not the decision-specific appeal and does not establish an extension of its deadline.
Do I need the exact account username?
An exact @username or a known profile link helps identify the account. The toolkit also records prior names and uncertainty; it does not ask you to invent missing ownership details.

Yes. The Recovery Toolkit contains real PDF form fields and checkboxes. Use a form-capable PDF reader, save and reopen to check entries, or print it. The other customer PDFs are reading/printing documents, not DOCX files.
Will I need to send you passwords or identity documents?
No. You do not need to send RescuePlaybooks your case record, passwords, security codes or identity documents. Only submit required verification through an official, purpose-specific process that you have verified.
Does this cover TikTok Shop, advertising or legal disputes?
It gives routing boundaries, but detailed TikTok Shop seller, Ads Manager, Business Center ownership, intellectual-property and payment disputes are outside the scope and need the relevant service or qualified adviser.
