BEFORE YOU BUY

A few things worth knowing.

Help with your purchase
Is this an Uber service?
No. This is an independent self-guided publication from RescuePlaybooks.com. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uber.
Will you submit my appeal or contact Uber?
No. You use the guide and submit your own requests through the official channels. We do not access accounts, contact Uber or act as your representative.
Does the playbook guarantee reactivation?
No. Uber or another relevant decision-maker controls eligibility and review outcomes. A clear evidence packet does not guarantee reinstatement.
Who is this US edition for?
It focuses on US passenger-rides drivers responding to restrictions, deactivation or screening-related loss of access. Mixed rides and delivery accounts should first identify the affected product.
Does it cover Uber Eats-only deactivations?
This edition focuses on passenger-rides driver response. For Uber Eats-only work, follow delivery-specific notices and policies; passenger-rides appeal routes and local protections do not automatically apply.
Does every restriction belong in Review Center?
No. The guide separates document and identity corrections, background-report issues, investigations and decisions with an offered review route. Your actual notice and applicable law control.
What does the background-check section cover?
How to identify the report provider, organize a specific accuracy dispute, preserve authentic records and separately ask about eligibility reassessment. It does not erase accurate records or promise that a correction makes you eligible.
Does it include state-specific information?
Yes. It includes Washington, Minnesota and Colorado checkpoints and a four-page NYC section covering separate Uber/TLC/DCWP routes, the published legal history, conditional statutory time periods and official lookup instructions. A qualified adviser can confirm the current rule and deadline for your facts. This is selected-jurisdiction guidance, not a 50-state legal opinion.
Is there one national appeal deadline?
The guide does not assume one. It distinguishes filing deadlines, expected response times and personal reminders, and tells you to preserve the deadline stated in your notice or applicable local process.
What exactly do I receive?
A ZIP with 11 PDFs: five documents in both A4 and US Letter, plus one shared Start Here PDF. The six unique documents contain 63 pages, including the 41-page main guide; duplicate paper sizes are not counted as extra content.
Can I type into the toolkit and print it?
Yes. Each eight-page toolkit contains 82 interactive fields and checkboxes. Use a PDF reader that saves AcroForm fields, save a local copy and test reopening it. Keep long narratives separately; you can also print and write by hand.
Can I copy the messages without changing them?
No. Replace every bracketed field and remove anything untrue or irrelevant. The messages are adaptable writing aids, not official Uber forms or legal pleadings.
Is this legal advice?
No. It provides general information and organization tools. Serious allegations, local-law deadlines, licensing disputes or legal claims may require a qualified adviser.
What if the download is not right for me?
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@rescueplaybooks.com with their order reference and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Refund Policy
